Forsale is my early 55 ford country squire, is a 55/56 model.... Quite rare in the states, no matter here....

But as normal something else comes along and something has got to give. It was imported into the uk 2011 and has been used and seen at many hotrod/car events over the years.

We are going through the car and getting it back onto the road. Its got a nice 302 v8 and a c4 3 speed auto box. Both run nice and smooth. We have re wired it and everything had been disconnected, replaced some gauges and switches.

Some of the windows had been broke so we have had some new pieces made to match the green tint. All the winders had been lost so we replaced the fronts with electric and replaced the rears, new felt chanels and scrapers. New door seals on all 4 doors. There is also a wheel choice.... These as pictured, or the original red steels, hub caps, beauty rings and white walls.

The floors have been patched and the car is very solid (originally a california car). The bonnet was split around the sides, now have been repaired, and as the bonnet catch mechanism.

The car back in its day was a stunner..... It is looking tired now but very usable. The roof is painted green metalflake as is the steering wheel. The chrome bumpers are also showing there age but do still polish up ok. It has power steering and power brakes, we have replaced the front pads. Fuel tank has been removed/ cleaned and replaced. We have now got the original seats back with the car (8 seater) as well as the fender skirts and some spares.. There is no carpets so nothing to hide!! and the head lining has seen better days. I have made and retrimmed the door panels and the front seat is usable. Its a cool rare car that you can have a heep of fun with. Use it and put your own mark on it. Like i said at the top, that was my plan and if it dont sell? Ill keep cruising down the beach in it, but please make no mistake....

It is a rolling/driving project, starts on the button, selects gears as it should, although i cannot give guarantees on the running gear etc.... I have a few little vids i van send you on whattsapp, and a vid of driving to and from a coffee n cars meet... You are welcome to come and view any time its in north devon, please no time wasters or test pilots.... Either by bank transfer (cleared funds prior to collection) or cash..... I may consider a px, part cash and vehicle my way, for those who get confused!
