Edelbrock 60399 Performer Aluminum Cylinder Head Ford 5.0L/5.8L. 50-state street legal Performer 5.0/5.8L heads are direct bolt-on heads for 1982-95 5.0L and 5.8L (351-W) V8s originally equipped with pedestal mount rocker arms. When combined with the Total Power Package on a 1993 5.8L engine, torque improved more than 80 ft/lbs over stock. These heads accept pedestal mount rocker arms and valve trains as used on 1982 and later 5.0 Liter V8s. These heads will not accept rail rockers.
Note: 1986 5.0L must have pistons notched for clearance. Note: Aftermarket 286/302 heads including Brodix, Edelbrock, Ford Motorsport and World Products with 1/2'' bolt hole diameters (block is 7/16'' bolt hole), except 397-M-6049-P303 (''P'' style head).
