PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST RUN EXTERNAL COIL WITH THIS DISTRIBUTOR and. Coil needs to be 12V and have an output of 40,000 volts or more. IT WILL NOT WORK WITH A POINTS COIL.

This coil has the classic "old Skool" look and is oil-filled. This is a perfect coil to run with this electronic distributor. Secondary resistance: 4.5K OHMs. Maximum voltage: 45,000 Volts. Alkyd tower with high dielectric properties is less prone to carbon tracking.

100:1 turns ratio and lower primary resistance produce high voltage output. Metal canister is filled with a premium grade oil for cooling.

This application is for FORD FE 332 352 360 390 406 410 427 428 ENGINES WITH THE STRAIGHT SPARK PLUG BOOTS AND 90 DEGREE BOOTS FOR THE MALE/HEI DISTRIBUTOR CAP that is included with this listing. Spiral core is the best of both worlds because it gives you high performance without any interference on your radio and electronics.

These spiral core wires produce higher performance through improved efficiency, quicker throttle response, and reduced emissions. This is for a set of 8 spark plug wires and a coil wire. Although the photo shows two coil wires, but only one is included. Let us know if you want a 90 degree boot or straight boot going onto the coil. If a coil wire is not selected, the one with the 90 degree boot onto the coil will be included.

The BPP 350 Spark Plug Wires are a 3 layer, 60,000 volt high voltage ignition wire. The 8.5mm diameter cable provides an increased capacitance value of 20% over 8mm sized wire. First coat is an epdm high dielectric strength inner layer. This provides the initial capacitance values to ensure the high voltage current does not ground out through the jacket.

The fiberglass matting is extruded over the EPDM as a dual purpose layer. It virtually eliminates terminal pull off and bonds the inner EPDM first coat to the silicone outer jacket.

Stainless steel and solid brass terminals are used to maintain the conductivity and high voltage current flow between the voltage source and spark plugs. Our ultra high temperature grey silicone spark plug boots are rated at a radiant temperature of 800 degrees. The high dielectric strength distributor and coil boots eliminate voltage leak through.
